CHOICES & ECF CHOICES
Guiding Angels supports Tennessee clients who receive care through TennCare’s CHOICES program, including Group 1 and Group 2, and Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES.
Eligibility and covered services are determined through Tennessee’s program criteria and each person’s approved plan of care. If you are enrolled or exploring eligibility, our team can help you understand the onboarding information we need to get started.
CHOICES Group 1
Home and community-based support for eligible older adults and adults with physical disabilities who need help to remain safely at home.
CHOICES Group 2
Support for eligible people transitioning from a nursing facility or receiving services in a community residential setting.
ECF CHOICES
Employment and community-based supports for eligible people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
